Orders ship from Israel. Economy delivery 6–19 business days (free), Priority 3–13 business days ($12.50).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking number will be given when the shipment is sent to you, it is important to attach a cell phone number to the order in order to receive update notifications for the package location.
Customs, duties, and taxes
U.S. Customers: Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are included in your order price. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
Customers outside the United States: Any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for products that are not custom-made. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
The customer will choose any shipping method he wants and will be responsible for paying the shipping.
The refund will be made when the package arrives at our address.
